EXAMPLE: Our family has visited the panhandle for summer vacation for many years and we've always dreamed of owning our own little piece of paradise in the area!
Dream Weaver is that dream come to life. We've put a lot of love and care into the home to make it a wonderful place for a family getaway. We love relaxing on the porch while watching our kids splash in the pool. The location is perfect and the Crystal Beach neighborhood is one of a kind.
The home is just a short stroll to the beach and the neighborhood is perfect for morning or evening walks or bike rides. "We were in town for a week for the World's Championship Horse Show. We were 10-15 minutes from Freedom Hall, Churchill Downs, the Brown Hotel, Falls of Ohio--easy drive to and from. On a morning off from the show, we drove to Paris, KY, to Claiborne Farm for a tour (and to see Secretariat's grave), then visited Keeneland for lunch before returning to Louisville. One morning before show sessions we went to Churchill Downs to see the morning workouts; visiting Falls of Ohio one afternoon. The rental was very comfortable for us (family of three), very clean, freshly renovated, with easy parking too. It was a perfect "home base" for us, as it were.
We really didn't need much of anything from the host while we were there. The host was very friendly and responsive prior to check-in and check-out, and circled back to communicate whenever we did. We were very pleased with our time in this property and definitely would expect to see if it is available when we visit Louisville again."

"Such a cute place and would’ve given it a 5⭐️ but the only thing that was tough was the RR train that was 25 yards away from the house and it had a busy night time schedule . If you’re a light sleeper it’s disturbing, but they did even have earplugs in the bedroom to help, it just doesn’t if you’re a light sleeper- but great remodeled shotgun house."

"We had a great stay while in town for a convention. The home was easy to find, and check-in was easy. Instructions were clearly communicated, and checkout was simple! Didn’t even have to strip the beds! We enjoyed the house, and the neighborhood felt safe. We live out in the country, and got used to the train going by after the first night. Parking on the weekend was a little tough on the street, as there were some Halloween parties going on. The rest of the stay it was easy to find space to park. House was clean, spacious, and accurately described. Back yard was nice! It looks like they have made good upgrades along the way. A new gas grill was added while we were there! Located at the end of a street in a nice quiet neighborhood in a beautiful part of town with really sweet mom&pop restaurants and bars. Kroger was in close proximity too! The home was super spacious, modern, clean, and comfy. The hosts were incredibly accommodating as they ensured to have the space ready for us to check-in, drop our stuff, and run to the festival in time for us to attend the early acts we wanted to catch. "If y'all want to check out Louisville, KY this a super place to stay. It's very close to NuLu, local restaurants, Whiskey Row (and outside Louisville distilleries), Ohio River, etc. Lots of space inside with 2 sizable bedrooms - it's bright and cheery inside! Excellent front porch and back yard (fenced in) hangouts. There is an active railroad track close by BUT the trains are not allowed to blast their horn and the train sounds are muffled inside pretty well (i.e., no problem sleeping!). The hosts were incredibly responsive and friendly. The neighbors were also friendly, and the neighborhood was bubbling with vibrant activities - definitely a thriving area. This venue is an excellent value, beautiful and perfectly located for Louisville excursions!"

Yes, there is a train track close by but we hardly noticed it. The neighborhood is quiet and we were not bothered. We felt secure in the home - the doors automatically locked. The house/building next door has boarded up windows and doors which first caught us off guard but went unnoticed otherwise for our stay.
